Welcome to the Mayamoos community! We're thrilled to have you here and can't wait to see the amazing contributions you make. To ensure that this space remains safe, respectful, and creative for everyone, we've established some guidelines. By participating, you agree to abide by these rules. The whole point of this site is to enable everyone to have fun with exciting tools that may be out of reach for many, so in that spirit, please have fun, but do so responsibly and mindfully.

1. Be Respectful

We welcome everyone, all experience levels and from all walks of life. We ask that you do not seek or engage with the content you don’t agree with (no need for troublemaking).Please treat everyone with fairness and respect. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. This includes content or behavior targeting individuals or groups based on:

• Race, ethnicity, or nationality
• Religion or beliefs
• Sexual orientation
• Disability or medical conditions
• If you're not sure if something crosses the line, err on the side of kindness.

2. Create Responsibly

We love creativity, but there are some boundaries:

No Inappropriate Content: This includes violence, explicit sexual content, or anything promoting harm, illegal activities, or hate. Respect Intellectual Property: Avoid using copyrighted material, trademarks, or brand names unless you have explicit permission to do so. When in doubt, ask yourself: "Is this something I'd want my name associated with?"

We take a conservative approach to designs that reference children or on children's clothing. Designs that reference children or that are made available on children's clothing should be free of undesirable associations or connotations (for example, sexually or violently suggestive content, demeaning, derogative material or political phrasing that could be interpreted as such). This includes using adult themed tag words on children's clothing or works that reference children.

Harmful misinformation is not permitted. We define this as any misleading or false information that harms or significantly threatens public health and safety, or where the intent is to cause fear and suspicion about a topic that can cause real-world harm.

3. Keep it Safe for Everyone

Content or interactions that promote harm are not allowed. This includes:

• Encouraging self-harm or dangerous behaviors
• Threats, bullying, or intimidation
• Sharing sensitive personal information about yourself or others
• Disability or medical conditions
• If you're not sure if something crosses the line, err on the side of kindness.

Our goal is to maintain a safe space where everyone can express themselves freely.

4. Engage Positively

Avoid Spam: Refrain from posting repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content. Collaborate Respectfully: If you collaborate with others, ensure everyone is credited fairly and consent is given. Remember, collaboration and interaction should always be enjoyable and voluntary.

5. Use of Bots and Fake Accounts

Users are prohibited from using bots, multiple accounts, or scrapers in a way that interferes with the functionality or integrity of the website. If an account is found to be linked to a fake or bot account, all offending linked accounts will be immediately and permanently disabled.

6. Follow the Law

Anything illegal offline is also illegal here. Do not post or share content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Contains anything that could be used in fraudulent activity
• Encourages illegal behavior

Let's keep this community law-abiding and ethical.

7. Protect the Platform

Help us keep this community a great place by:

• Reporting issues like inappropriate content immediately
• Respecting our moderation team's decisions
• Avoiding activities that disrupt the platform’s functionality

Constructive feedback is always welcome, but circumventing our processes or undermining the integrity of our platform won't be tolerated.

Consequences for Violations

Breaking these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Account suspension or termination
• Reporting to appropriate authorities if necessary

If an account is found to be in violation of any of our content guidelines or account policies, including the terms and conditions, it will be immediately and permanently disabled. Again, if a fake or bot account is found to be linked to an existing account, the consequences for policy violations will be applied to all of the accounts.

We reserve the right to act on violations at our discretion to maintain the safety and quality of our platform.
