These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Website and the purchase of goods (clothing and accessories) and services (subscriptions) offered through it. By using the Website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.
1. General Information
1.1 About Us Mayamoos.co.uk operates in the United Kingdom, and offers it's goods and services in England, Wales and Scotland. We currently do not ship our products to Northern Ireland.
1.2 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and make purchases as we cannot enter contract with anyone under the age of 18.
1.3 Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Description We take every effort to describe our clothing products and subscription services accurately. However, colours, sizes, and materials may slightly vary from the images shown.
2.2 Subscriptions Subscriptions grant access to the Member zone. Subscriptions also grant to increased limits on generations available to members. Subscriptions are on a monthly basis, and can be cancelled at any time. Please note all member benefits cease immediately after a subscription is cancelled (There is NO pro-rata allowances carried forward). Subscription terms will be clearly displayed during the purchase process.
2.3 Availability All products and services are subject to availability. If an item or subscription is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative, backorder option, or full refund.
2.4 Service Availability Both the Services and the Assets are provided to Customer on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the assets and assume any risks associated with use of the Services.
Mayamoos.co.uk reserves the right to suspend or ban Your access to the Services at any time, and for any reason. You may not access or use the Services for purposes of developing or offering competitive products or services. You may not reverse engineer the Services or the assets. You may not use automated tools to access, interact with, or generate Assets through the Services. You may not resell or redistribute the Services or access to the service. Only one user may use the Services per registered account. Each user of the Services may only have one account.
You may not use the Service to try to violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, patent, or trademark rights. Doing so may subject you to penalties including legal action or a permanent ban from the Service.
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 Prices All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable). Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be added during checkout.
3.2 Payment Methods All our payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not handle or hold any customer financial information.
3.3 Subscription Payments Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly). By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically until the subscription is cancelled.
3.4 Errors in Pricing If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Locations We deliver to the UK only (Wales, Scotland and England).
4.2 Delivery Times Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Times may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
4.3 Delivery Costs Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.
4.4 Responsibility for Delivery Once the products are delivered to the specified address, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
5.1 Your Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your order for physical products within 14 days of receiving the items, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.2 Exclusions We currently accept returns on all items, except Subscriptions, which may not be refunded once activated but can be cancelled for future billing periods.
5.3 How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@mayamoos.co.uk. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The postage for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
5.4 Refund Process Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the product was incorrectly supplied.
6. Subscription Cancellation
6.1 How to Cancel Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us on subscriptions@mayamoos.co.uk. Cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for your next billing period. Your access to membership perks also ends immediately.
6.2 Trial Periods If a subscription includes a free trial, cancellation must occur before the trial ends to avoid charges.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Mayamoos.co.uk You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. All user generated content is owned by the original creator. Mayamoos.co.uk will act on behalf of users for storage purposes, and reserve the right to use images generated by users for promotional purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, products, or services.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence.
9. Governing Law
